About Us

Trimmer’s Ice Cream truly is a family-owned and family-operated establishment. Casey and Keith purchased Trimmer’s in May of 2024 from longtime owners Jim and Jane Broadfield. Becoming small business owners had always been a dream of ours because we believe small businesses are the backbone of a strong community.

One of the things we admired most about Jim and Jane was their generosity and commitment to giving back locally. We’ve worked hard to continue that tradition by supporting local organizations through donations, fundraising events, and community partnerships. Keith and Casey also proudly serve on several local boards and volunteer committees because we believe investing in our community helps make it an even better place for our children and future generations.

At Trimmer’s, we pride ourselves on maintaining family-friendly pricing and creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy delicious ice cream, fast service, and friendly faces. We proudly serve a wide variety of hard ice cream flavors from Hershey’s, Perry’s, and Purity Ice Cream, along with fan-favorite soft serve from Upstate Farms, a cooperative of more than 340 family-owned dairy farms across Upstate New York.

Our menu features sundaes, milkshakes, lots of toppings, yummy food, rotating specialty flavors, and our popular weekly “Sunday Sundae.” We also offer plenty of lawn space for kids and dogs to play, along with picnic tables and umbrellas for relaxing with family and friends.

Most importantly, we are incredibly grateful for each and every customer who chooses to support our small business. We’re proud and honored to serve this community alongside our three children; Clinton, Keegan, and Kennedy; who we hope will one day become part of the Trimmer’s tradition too.
